3. Ordering Process

3.1 Placing Orders

When you order from our collections (Hedges & Privacy, Ferns & Foliage, etc.):

• You’re making an offer to purchase subject to our acceptance
• We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason
• Order confirmation emails don’t constitute acceptance

3.2 Pricing and Payment

4. Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping: For orders $50+ via EMS (15-25 business days)

Note: We cannot ship to certain Asian countries or remote areas. Delivery times may vary due to customs.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Plants that fail to thrive due to improper care
• Delays caused by carriers or customs
• Incorrect orders if errors weren’t reported promptly
• Consequential damages from plant purchases

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected items.
